Welcome to Gouldings Martial Arts website, based in Bolton Northwest the martrial arts centre was opened in 2008 by Sensei Jamie Goulding 5th Dan Black Belt, the club offers a wide range of martial arts tution some of which include, shukokai Karate, Freestyle Kickboxing, MMA Cross Training, self defence and fitness training, the club also offers 1 to 1 private tution among a range of other firness and training programs.
The club offers some of the best training in the UK, and prides itself on its Blackbelt excelence, the clubs goal for every student is to help them reach excellence. Taught by experienced world class instructors, learn discipline and control of the body and mind. Skills useful not only in martial arts but also in day to day life.
We offer lessons for the youg and old, watch as your child increases in confidence, respect and discipline. See how we can help him/her achieve greater academic results, unshakable self respect & increased mental and physical strength and fitness.

Gouldings Martial Arts Centre Bolton was opened in 2009, after running classes since the mid 1990's in Bolton and the surrounding areas Sensei Jamie Goulding decided to open his full time martial arts academy in his home town of Bolton to offer the opportunities that he had been given, to his local community.
At the centre of excellence classes range from Lil' Ninja's 4 - 6 year olds, basic Karate & kickboxing 7 - 12 year olds through to adult classes 13 - 65 years and our MMA fighting system ( like UFC )
